If you are not completely satisfied, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. Exchange must be made within 10 days of original purchase, must be unused, and in the original packaging.  Used or product that is not attached to the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Kloud9Kollection is not responsible for any shipping fees.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within 2-5 days. It is always good to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 days If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent.
